“We believe that no student’s success should be limited by their circumstance”

The Government introduced the Pupil Premium in April 2011. It is intended to address the underlying inequalities between children eligible for free school meals (FSM) and their peers by ensuring that funding to tackle disadvantage reaches the pupil most in need of it.
